When you submit the demo form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, and organization details (organization name, your role, and number of learners). We also automatically collect basic technical data — your IP address, device/browser information, and the referral/campaign parameters (UTM tags) of the ad or link you arrived from.

2. How we use it

We use your information to respond to your demo request, contact you about Hyphun Learn (by email, phone, or WhatsApp), understand which campaigns bring genuine interest, and protect the form from spam and abuse. We process this on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the form.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that run this site and our outreach:

Brevo — email delivery and contact management (your lead details are stored here).
Cloudflare — website hosting and the Turnstile anti-bot check.
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google — advertising and measurement, via their pixels/tags.

4. Cookies & tracking

This site uses the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to measure ad performance and understand how visitors use the page. These may set cookies or similar identifiers. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

5. How long we keep it
